We really hope that our products make you feel special and are a bright spot in your day.  However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we have a simple, "no fuss" return policy in place.

What are the conditions?
Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. 

Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of Limese in this regard will be final. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from limesecos.com

What should I do if I want to return a product?
In the rare instance that you are unhappy with a product, simply drop us an email at help@limesecos.com with your name, telephone number and a convenient time to call. One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue better and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us. 

How & when will you refund the amount?
We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility. The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on limesecos.com

Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. 

How do I send the product back to you ?
You do not need to worry. We will provide you easy instructions for safe packing and shipping.
